Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Inspector / Laundry Attendant at the Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Cary!

As a Housekeeping Inspector, you’ll oversee the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring our high standards are met. Your attention to detail will help ensure every guest room is ready for a great stay.

This position will serve as Inspector for 3 days a week and Laundry Attendant for 2 days a week. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Ensure rooms are properly set up, including bed linens, bathroom fixtures, and amenities.
  • Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist the housekeeping team, maintain stock of supplies, and ensure tasks are completed to standards.
  • Monitor guest feedback related to cleanliness and address concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel cleanliness standards.
  • Clean and fold linens using commercial cleaners and washers/dryers. 

What You’ll Need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and hotel operations software.
