Perhaps you have your license but haven't yet found the right team to help you thrive. If you have a proven sales track record—even outside of real estate—are highly coachable, dedicated to your growth, and excel in a collaborative, accountable environment, we want to meet you. This is an in-person opportunity based in Westchester, where you'll gain practical experience, receive top-tier training and mentorship, and learn alongside one of Los Angeles' most esteemed real estate teams as you lay the groundwork for a successful long-term career.

The Stephanie Younger Group at Compass is excited to offer positions in our Agent Launch Pad (ALP) Sales Intern Program—a 90-day immersive experience designed to provide you with a dynamic, structured, and supportive entry into the real estate industry.

Participants are expected to engage in daily calling, master approved scripts through continuous role-play and real-world use, effectively overcome objections, properly vet and manage leads, and consistently set appointments for our team agents.
