Essential Job Functions

  • Makes safe decisions while operating attractions.
  • Interacts with customers directly prior to use of attractions.
  • Performs one-on-one customer service by checking tickets and answering questions.
  • Leads customer through the process of putting on and removing harnesses properly.
  • Checks harnesses.
  • Inspects attractions.
  • Abides by attraction opening procedures checklist.
  • Abides by attraction closing procedures checklist.
  • Completes paperwork and log books.
  • Assists customers on tube hill.
  • Moves inventory to a better location as needed.
  • Performs other duties as needed.

Secondary Job Functions

  • Work as a TEAM PLAYER in a TEAM atmosphere.
  • Help out in other departments as needed.
  • Separate garbage and recyclables into appropriate bins.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Look out for all Skibowl/H-Management/Mt Hood Management property and assets.
  • Address any issues as it occurs or inform the appropriate dept manager.
  • Assist customers.
