Lattice Overview

There is energy here...energy you can feel crackling at any of our international locations. It's an energy generated by enthusiasm for our work, for our teams, for our results, and for our customers. Lattice is a worldwide community of engineers, designers, and manufacturing operations specialists in partnership with world-class sales, marketing, and support teams, who are developing programmable logic solutions that are changing the industry. Our focus is on R&D, product innovation, and customer service, and to that focus, we bring total commitment and a keenly sharp competitive personality.

Energy feeds on energy. If you flourish in a fast paced, results-oriented environment, if you want to achieve individual success within a "team first" organization, and if you believe you can contribute and succeed in a demanding yet collegial atmosphere, then Lattice may well be just what you're looking for.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr. Recruiter who is passionate about connecting great people with meaningful work. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting across a wide range of disciplines - Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and more - partnering closely with hiring managers to attract exceptional talent at every level, from early-career contributors to senior executives.

You will bring a consultative, relationship-driven approach to every search, serving as a trusted partner to the business while ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience with Lattice.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for a diverse portfolio of open roles spanning Engineering (hardware, software, firmware, verification), Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations
  • Partner with hiring managers from intake through offer acceptance, ensuring alignment on requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations at every step
  • Conduct thorough candidate screens to assess both technical fit and cultural alignment, delivering a shortlist of well-qualified candidates with clear, actionable feedback
  • Prepare candidates thoroughly for each interview stage - providing context on the role, team, and Lattice culture to set them up for success
  • Craft and extend competitive offers in collaboration with HR and Total Rewards, and guide candidates through the negotiation and acceptance process
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously across varying levels and functions, maintaining quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail throughout
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS, ensuring requisition status, candidate stages, and disposition notes are current at all times

Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent - beyond the active applicant pool
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, employee referrals, industry events, and direct outreach to build robust, diverse candidate pipelines
  • Proactively build talent pipelines for recurring or anticipated needs, so Lattice is never starting from zero on a critical hire
  • Research target companies, talent communities, and professional networks relevant to each discipline to sharpen sourcing focus
  • Track sourcing channel effectiveness and adjust strategies based on what is producing the best results

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Lead structured intake meetings with hiring managers to define the ideal candidate profile, agree on interview process, and set expectations on timeline and market realities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partners - providing candid, data-backed guidance on candidate quality, compensation, and market conditions
  • Communicate proactively with all stakeholders, providing regular pipeline updates, market feedback, and recommendations to keep searches moving forward
  • Coach interview panels on structured, consistent interviewing techniques and inclusive hiring practices to improve both the quality and fairness of hiring decisions
  • Facilitate debrief sessions and calibration conversations to ensure timely, well-reasoned hiring decisions

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a thoughtful, respectful candidate experience at every touchpoint - from first outreach to final decision - that reflects Lattice's values and employer brand
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with all candidates, ensuring no one is left without a status update or feedback for an unreasonable amount of time
  • Gather candidate feedback on the interview experience and surface insights that can improve the process over time
  • Serve as a knowledgeable, enthusiastic ambassador for Lattice - effectively communicating our mission, products, culture, and growth opportunities to prospective hires

Talent Strategy & Market Intelligence

  • Stay current on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity relevant to Lattice's key disciplines
  • Use data and market insights to advise hiring managers on realistic expectations, timeline adjustments, and compensation positioning
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics - time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline diversity - and use them to continuously improve outcomes

WHAT YOU BRING

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally spanning both technical and non-technical roles
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple disciplines and levels, from entry-level individual contributors to senior executives
  • Experience in the semiconductor, hardware, or adjacent technology industry - or a comparable complex, engineering-driven environment
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining quality, candidate experience, and stakeholder responsiveness
  • Strong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging and converting passive talent
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - including HR, Finance, Legal, Compensation, and business leadership - to drive aligned, efficient hiring outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable providing candid, data-backed guidance to hiring managers at all levels
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Strong data orientation - ability to use recruiting metrics to diagnose issues and improve results
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for FPGA, semiconductor, or embedded systems engineering roles
  • Familiarity with global recruiting across APAC and EMEA markets
  • Knowledge of compensation structures, equity, and total rewards for technical and commercial roles
  • HR, recruiting, or talent management certifications (SHRM, PHR, LinkedIn Learning, etc.)
