Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a Global Account Manager focused on Hyperscale Accounts. This position will be reporting to the Director of Hyperscale Accounts.

Accountabilities: 

  • Manage Hyperscale Account(s) Globally
  • Help create, develop, and close related sales opportunities
  • Lead and drive team to achieve Global and National revenue goals
  • Work collaboratively with existing Global team and Sales Leadership to support customers' Infrastructure requirements, developing and providing technical solutions to meet their needs
  • Deliver prepared sales presentations, utilizing support material describing products or services, to help existing and potential customers
  • Explain and demonstrate Company capabilities, services or products, and answer questions from customers or prospects
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with manufacturer partners
  • Understand and help manage Global partners/program
  • Own and manage pipeline and forecast that supports the Hyperscale objectives.
  • Manage time effectively to achieve specific objectives daily, weekly, and monthly

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and/or MBA is desirable
  • Experience managing inside or outside sales partners
  • Highly energetic and results driven individual
  • Travel occasionally nationally
  • 3-5 years' experience selling into large nation and international companies
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Results driven with excellent time management, organizational, and overall execution skills
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM
