Job description

CNC Lathe Machine Operator Wanted
 Anaheim, CA
 $26–$35/hour DOE
 Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Available

The CNC Lathe Machinist is an integral member of our shop team, supporting standalone milling and lathe operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of CNC milling experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines
  • Measure and inspect parts using work instructions and blueprints
  • Run multiple jobs simultaneously
  • Perform preventative maintenance
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain quality and safety standards

Preferred Skills

  • GibbsCAM or Mastercam programming experience
  • Knowledge of metals and alloys
  • Quality inspection experience
  • LEAN manufacturing knowledge
  • Experience with manual mills, lathes, and grinders

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
  • Stand for extended periods
  • Perform repetitive motions, bending, and maneuvering in tight spaces
