Last-Mile Seasonal Delivery Driver – Immediate Hire

J & J Express Delivery is a fast-growing last-mile delivery company based in Fremont, CA, serving the Bay Area's e-commerce delivery market. We offer competitive pay, full benefits, and bonus incentives for top performers, with a team culture built on reliability and long-term growth.

As a Delivery Driver, you will safely and efficiently deliver online purchase packages to customers using handheld technology to manage the delivery process. This is a fast-paced, physically active role for someone who is comfortable with technology and enjoys solving problems on the road. Permanent position can be offered with top performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and navigate a company delivery van along assigned routes
  • Use handheld technology to track and manage deliveries
  • Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
  • Follow strict safety standards on the road and during delivery
  • Communicate professionally with customers

Shift: Daily, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Full-time and part-time available.

Qualifications:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 3 years of driving experience
  • No at-fault accidents within the past 2 years
  • Ability to operate and navigate a delivery van
  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be able to navigate through simple apps
