Customer Service Representative – Wraps & Large-Format Printing

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay: $18–$20 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Are you great with customers, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment?

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale. We specialize in vehicle wraps, large-format printing, signs, graphics, and custom visual branding, and we need someone who can keep customers happy while keeping projects moving.


This is a great opportunity for someone who already has experience in a wrap shop, sign shop, print shop, graphics company, or similar production environment.


What You’ll Do

Be the friendly, professional point of contact for our customers.

Answer phone calls, emails, and customer questions.

Prepare quotes and estimates for wraps, graphics, signage, and large-format printing.

Take customer orders and make sure project details are accurate.

Coordinate projects between customers, sales, graphic designers, production, and installers.

Communicate pricing, turnaround times, production schedules, and installation dates.

Review project details and artwork to help catch issues before production.

Keep customers updated from the time an order is placed through completion.

Help resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing track of the details.

Build strong relationships with repeat customers and help identify additional opportunities.


We’re Looking For Someone Who

Has customer service or account management experience.

Is highly organized and pays close attention to detail.

Communicates clearly and professionally by phone, email, and in person.

Can multitask and stay calm in a busy production environment.

Is comfortable working with computers, email, spreadsheets, and order-management systems.

Understands the importance of deadlines and getting customer details right the first time.

Has a positive, can-do attitude and takes ownership of their work.
