Create, Print, and Bring Brands to Life as a Large Format Print Operator

At Nirvana Cannabis, creativity meets execution. From retail displays and promotional signage to branded graphics and special projects, our marketing materials play an important role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple states.

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Large Format Print Operator to join our team at our Tempe Wholesale Hub. If you enjoy working with technology, creating high-quality printed products, and seeing your work displayed throughout an organization, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role

This is a part-time position scheduled for three (3) eight-hour shifts per week (approximately 24 hours per week) to start.

You'll report directly to Tempe Hub Management while working closely with our Creative Director and Marketing team, who will provide project direction, training, and creative guidance. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend technical production skills with creative collaboration.

What You'll Do
  • Operate large-format printers and production equipment
  • Prepare and set up print jobs using VersaWorks 7
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for file preparation and print setup
  • Load media and ink while monitoring production for quality and efficiency
  • Perform daily equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment and file issues
  • Inspect materials for color accuracy and overall quality
  • Assist with finishing processes, including laminating and cutting
  • Produce signage, graphics, decals, displays, and other branded materials that support company initiatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to prioritize and complete projects on schedule

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience operating large-format printing equipment
  • Experience with VersaWorks 7
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with laminating and finishing equipment (a plus)
  • A dependable, positive, and collaborative approach to work

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
