Network Infrastructure Support Engineer
InTegriLogic Corp. is a fast-growing IT Services company based in Tucson, AZ providing IT services to clients across 10 states. Our primary focus is in the healthcare industry where we provide everything from general help desk support to EMR Implementation and Network Design and Setup.
We are looking for a Network Infrastructure Support Specialist who is at an expert level with supporting Windows-based workstations, printer, and servers. This would include management of Active Directory at an enterprise level over users and computers in a Microsoft Domain. Additionally, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and Domain Name Service (DNS) configuration and maintenance is an integral part of this position.
A strong candidate for this position will have a several years experience with managing servers and related support equipment. Additionally, a strong candidate will have familiarity with configuring networking equipment including routers, firewalls, and switches. Of particular interest is best practices for an appropriate level of security for these devices, and efficient set up of VLANs. These duties account for close to 70% of effort in a typical workday. 5+ years' experience configuring and repairing Microsoft Windows-based computers including:
o Windows Desktop Operating Systems from Windows 7 to most current version
o Windows Server Operating Systems from Windows Server 2012 to most current version
o Office versions from Office 2010 to most current version
o Network and local printing
o Imaging and maintaining base images
3+ years experience with Microsoft Active Directory Users & Computers
o Creation/implementation of Group Policy Objects (GPO) as part of automating configuration tasks for clients
o DHCP and DNS configuration
2+ years experience with using PowerShell to:
o Conduct changes en masse throughout a network
o Configure specific items on a workstation
2+ years with configuring and deploying networking equipment including:
o Routers, Firewalls, Switches
Additional desired qualifications:
A+ Technical Certification or equivalent experience
Network equipment configuration of Cisco, SonicWall, Sophos, Ubiquiti and Ruckus
Experience with configuration/administration of Voice over IP (VoIP) and Facsimile over IP (FoIP)
Experience with configuration and administration of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Practice Management (PM) systems for healthcare clients
Responsibilities:
Provide remote and on-site technical support for our clients
Network printer troubleshooting and configuration
Configure Windows-based computers from a systems administrator perspective including workstation image management and Active Directory tools management
Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve networking hardware and software issues
Be adept with utilizing PowerShell for automation and configuration changes en masse
Complete documentation in our ticketing system in the time frame required, including accurate time spent on resolving client issues
Serve as primary contact for 3rd party vendors
Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
Adhere to quality standards set by company
Represent company in a professional and ethical manner
