Our internal Creative Studio is seeking a Senior Production Designer who can take complex ideas and turn them into polished, production-ready creative-fast. This role goes beyond traditional production. You will own execution from concept through final output across national brand and marketing campaigns, spanning print, digital, and large-format environments.
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled Adobe expert with exceptional attention to detail, strong design instincts, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

What You'll Do
As the Senior Production Designer, you will:
  • Own the production pipeline for brand and marketing campaigns, from concept alignment through final output
  • Execute complex, non-templated design work with minimal oversight, maintaining high quality under tight deadlines
  • Adapt master designs into a full range of formats and specs with speed and precision
  • QA assets for accuracy, resolution, and brand compliance
  • Partner closely with the Creative Director and Senior Designer from kickoff through delivery
  • Prepare print-ready files including bleeds, crop marks, color profiles, and proper resolution for offset and digital print
  • Produce large-format assets such as signage, displays, banners,
  • Support regional marketing teams with design requests, producing on-brand assets using templates

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
  • 5+ years of production design experience in-house or at an agency
  • Expert command of Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Proven ability to handle complex, non-templated briefs and drive them to completion independently
  • Strong layout, composition, and typography skills
  • Ability to receive feedback from multiple stakeholders and execute notes thoroughly
  • Strong grasp of print specifications and production processes
  • Experience managing digital asset libraries at scale
  • Ability to run multiple projects in parallel and deliver fast without sacrificing quality
  • Clear, proactive communication with cross-functional teams, with strong organization and attention to detail
  • Portfolio showing range across brand, campaign, and digital, including work that goes beyond template execution
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., for research, concept exploration, or asset generation) is a plus
