Job description


Position Summary
The Program Coordinator provides administrative support to the Program Management team, helping keepย 
projects organized and running smoothly. This role assists with scheduling, documentation, reporting,ย 
communication, and other day-to-day coordination activities while gaining experience in programย 
management.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may beย 
assigned. The duties and responsibilities as outlined in this Job Description may be changed from time toย 
time by Jack Morton Worldwide, as it deems necessary, without further notice to the Employee.


Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Program Managers and Program Directors.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute action items.
Organize and maintain project files and documentation.
Update project trackers and internal systems.
Assist with reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Help track project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Support the creation of purchase orders, invoices, and other project documentation.
Coordinate communication between internal teams.
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete.
Assist with process improvements and other administrative projects as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEย

experience as an Program Manager or similar experience successfully executing projects and programsย 
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


LANGUAGE SKILLSย 
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals,ย 
technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, proposals and businessย 
correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groupsย 
of Company employees and managers, customers and the general public.


MATHEMATICAL SKILLSย
