Provide services and support as a Language and Culture Services Support  (Military Language and Culture Subject Matter Expert) in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Department of Army (Army) | Mission & Installation Contacting Command -Fort Liberty Generally Located In Fort Liberty - North Carolina 28314 and across the Mid Atlantic Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Military Language and Culture Subject Matter Expert | Language and Cultural Education [ARMY033038]

• Provide language and cultural training with military relevance, ensuring courses are tailored for various proficiency levels.
• Provide region-specific insights to aid soldiers in cultural interactions.
• Work with instructional designers on content quality and conduct language proficiency assessments.

Desired Qualifications For Program Manager (PM) for Language and Culture Services

• Extensive background in leading military or government training programs.
• Understanding of Department of Defense standards and processes.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Master's degree in Program Management, International Relations, or related field.
• 8+ years in program management within military/government settings

Skills Required

• Expertise in managing budgets and scheduling.
• Strong grasp of defense sector dynamics.

Competencies Required

• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
