  • Gemfire Administrator: As a Gemfire Administrator you will be responsible for assisting with
  • the design, implementation, and on-going support of Pivotal Gemfire database
  • Experience with and understanding of various database technologies: RDBMS, NoSQL,
  • Hadoop and Gemfire.
  • Expert in Gemfire architecture, design, development
  • Experience with Gemfire load balancing policies
  • Experience with Gemfire plugin interfaces
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies and concepts is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of network and distributed internet technologies including TCP/IP,
  • firewalls, load balancers and web application architectures is a plus.
  • Expert experience with at least one if not most of the following languages; python, perl,
  • java, or C++.
  • Experience with XML,HTTP/SOAP and HTTP-direct
  • Experience with gfc,JMX, command line utility,VSD
  • Expert in Object query language
  • Expert in querying and indexing
  • Experience in performance tuning

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :-

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
