Join our dynamic School Services team as a part-time Speech Language Pathologist at Helping Hand, where every day you'll make a real impact in the lives of children and young adults with diverse abilities.
SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:
  • On-site position, during normal school hours (weekdays).
  • 20-25 hours per week, part-time.
  • Salary range $42.00-$44.00/hour (non-exempt).
  • Salary based on skills and experience.
  • Up to 8% annual bonus potential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, hearing, and oral motor skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals.
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions, both individual and group, to support speech and language development.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and an interdisciplinary team to create and adapt learning plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports within required timeframes.
  • Offer guidance, training, and home programming for parents and caregivers to support skill carryover.
  • Stay current with best practices in speech-language therapy and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture.

Salary Description
$42.00-$44.00/hour
