In this role, you will immerse yourself in the brand and consumer insights to uncover untapped opportunities to drive relevancy in an increasingly competitive pretzels category and snacking landscape. Your entrepreneurial spirit and analytical prowess will be celebrated as you experiment with disruptive marketing tactics and innovation.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will influence product development, innovations, retail support plans and brand strategy.

As an Associate Brand Manager, you'll be at the forefront of building the future of an iconic brand in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are alike. Combining strategic thinking, consumer obsession, and a bias for action, you'll help fuel innovation, accelerate growth, and take SOH performance to the next level!

Principal Accountabilities

  • Partnering with Teams: Collaborate closely with sales, integrated marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and ensure successful brand development and activation.

  • Business Planning: Work closely with the innovation team to create a pipeline of new products and platforms that align with the brand's strategic direction. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Communicate project status, issues, and opportunities to the broader organization. Collaborate with the brand operations team to inform monthly integrated business planning.

  • Consumption Planning: In partnership with Demand Planning and Sales, deliver monthly consumption and demand forecasts.

  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Become an expert on the brand and its competitors, continuously monitoring the market landscape and identifying trends and opportunities to guide plans.

  • Data Analysis, Synthesis and Decision-making: Gather and synthesize data from multiple sources to make informed decisions and recommendations for brand strategy and marketing initiatives.

  • Brand Strategy: Drive execution for brand's growth plans over a 1-3-year period, ensuring a sufficient pipeline of products and initiatives.

Job Complexity

  • Strategic Vision: With a keen eye on consumer, industry and customer trends and insights, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and retail support plans that align with our long-term business goals. Your ability to think strategically will be vital in identifying new opportunities and addressing challenges head on.

  • Project Management: Our fast-paced environment demands effective project management skills to oversee multiple marketing projects concurrently. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects adhere to aggressive timelines while balancing the longer-term requirements outlined in our marketing plans.

  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: You will be proficient at inspiring and influencing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring a cohesive approach to marketing initiatives.

What you bring to the table....(Must have)

  • Bachelor's Degree required (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field),

  • 4 year of proven experience in CPG brand management

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to have an ability to inform, influence and collaborate work with cross functional internal stakeholders across multiple leadership levels and external agencies.

  • Strong creative thinking with demonstrated ability to build activations with creative, digital, social, public relations, and media agency partners.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks within tight timeframes and deadlines in a dynamic ever-changing working environment.

  • Excellent analytical skills and business/financial acumen.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding strategic business goals.

  • Forward-thinking, results-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. We offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment. $97,800-$134,500
