Description
We're looking for an experienced Landscape Superintendent to lead day to day operations across our landscape construction and landscape maintenance projects. In this role, you'll oversee field crews, subcontractors, and on site execution for a wide range of commercial landscaping, residential landscape installation, and municipal landscape projects. Your expertise in irrigation systems, landscape design and installation, and hardscape coordination will ensure our projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality.
As a leader in our field operations, you will:
  • Supervise and mentor field crews working on landscape installation, grading, planting, and irrigation repair
  • Coordinate labor, equipment, schedules, and materials for landscape construction projects
  • Interpret and execute construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, and vendors on commercial landscaping services and timelines
  • Ensure high standards of workmanship, job site safety, and OSHA compliance
  • Troubleshoot on site issues to keep landscaping projects moving smoothly
