Job description

Our company is looking to fulfill a position for a landscape production manager. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing all landscape crews and their schedules to include labor, equipment and materials. Employee will work directly with sales personnel and foreman to complete jobs. Employee would be responsible for making sure crews are operating efficiently and effectively, working within the job’s budget, completing jobs within the allotted time based on estimation, following all safety guidelines, following all company policies and procedures and are performing high quality work emphasizing every detail of the project is complete. It is essential the employee can work well as a team, is willing to help teach or train other field staff and can assist in carrying out other activities as needed. Must have knowledge of using computers, field phone apps, and necessary equipment to run jobs. Excellent communication is key and must be physically able to work in all the elements. Must be a quick learner and willing to learn our computer systems. Experience with Dynascape360 is preferred but not required. Minimum of 3 years in landscape/maintenance management experience is required. Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.
