Russell Landscape is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our operations. In this key role, you'll lead crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure every property we service meets our high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate field crews and daily routing
  • Ensure properties are prepared and ready for installation
  • Monitor daily production progress
  • Monitor Irrigation functionality on properties by following up with flower crews to determine the root cause of poor-quality flowers.
  • Train your current crew members as well as new crew members
  • Assist with schedule execution and adjustments
  • Support weather delay recovery efforts
  • Coordinate completion of punch list items
  • Address deficiencies immediately
  • Support customer satisfaction efforts
  • Lead Tailgate Safety Meetings
  • Attend all required safety, skill, and leadership development trainings
  • Professionally represent the company's values, standards, and principles in all interactions
  • Support the company culture and employee environment.

Material & Vendor Coordination
  • Coordinate plant pickups and deliveries
  • Verify all material quantities upon delivery
  • Ensure crews inventory plants against original orders
  • Communicate shortages or substitutions immediately
  • Reduce material waste and installation delays
  • Coordinate replacement materials as needed

Documentation & Administrative Responsibilities
  • Upload completion photos
  • Ensure accurate production reporting
  • Verify labor and material entries daily
  • Communicate production updates to management
  • Assist with tracking unresolved issues and callbacks
  • Maintain organized field communication

Customer & Branch Coordination
  • Conduct onsite customer walkthroughs when needed
  • Assist with resolving property concerns
  • Coordinate with Account Managers and Branch Managers
  • Support outer market teams as needed
  • Represent Russell Landscape professionally onsite

What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of landscaping production or seasonal color experience
  • Experience managing field crews
  • Ability to read layouts and planting plans
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with operational software systems preferred
  • Drivers License Required
