Morgan Meile Landscapes is growing and is looking for the right crew members to bring on the team as we launch into the spring/summer.
Morgan Meile is going into its 10th summer and has been growing steadily and impressively over the years. This being said there are great opportunities for those who come into this expanding business to grow with it into the future.
Morgan Meile is looking for both full time year round crew members and leaders as well as full-time summer crew members with opportunity to grow with our winter crews.
Mainly looking for experience landscape foreman at this time
- LAWN POSITIONS: Lawn crew leaders will work with crew team members to ensure quality, efficiency, and to make sure the lawns are completed properly.
Crew leaders/Foreman needed: $22-27 / hr, TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE, know how to operate lawnmowers, drive truck and trailer, lead and guide fellow crew members
Crew members: $17-22/hr, willing to work hard, operate small machinery (weed-eater and blower), work well with other crew members, and yes room to become a crew leader!
- LANDSCAPE POSITIONS: Landscape crew leaders will work with crew team members to ensure quality, efficiency, and to make sure the landscape jobs are completed properly. Mulching, planting plants, installing rock, landscape trimming, ect.
Crew leaders/Foreman needed: $22-27 / hr
Crew members: $17-22/hr
