If so, we are looking for you!  We are hiring an experienced Landscape Construction Lead Hand who is able to successfully lead a team and help ensure that we continue to succeed in maintaining long-lasting client relationships through our quality work. Granite Park is an established professional landscaping business located in Hamilton.  We provide high end, distinctive outdoor landscapes, and pride ourselves in integrity and quality craftmanship.  More importantly, we strive to employ the best of the best and are always looking to grow our team.  Through quality craftmanship, hard work and a strong team, great things are happening at Granite Park! The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the satisfaction of a quality landscape construction project, loves to lead a great team and works well under pressure. Responsibilities: The successful applicant must have experience in a variety of hard and soft landscaping skills, including the following; * Steps, patios and walls * Outdoor kitchens pavilions, cabana’s and pergolas * Stonework including outdoor fireplaces, water features and other designs * Driveways * Pools * Landscape lighting * Grading and sodding * Planting and mulching * Other assigned duties   Requirements: * Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar landscaping position * Strong team leader * Ability to work independently * Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills are required. * Excellent time management skills and strong analytical abilities. * Organized and results oriented The successful applicant will be entitled to a total compensation plan including an excellent wage, health benefits and a bonus plan.
