Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with a strong background in soft landscape maintenance and lawn care.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the landscape maintenance industry.  This role requires hands on experience and the ability to work in various weather conditions, including during the winter months.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience with landscape maintenance and soft scape.  Including, but not limited to, lawn mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, fertilizing, trimming and pruning of bushes and shrubs, laying mulch, soil and sod.                                     Snow Removal experience is not a must but an asset as this position includes year-round work, including Residential and Commercial snow removal.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow proper safety and work procedures.
  • Maintain Pristine quality of work.
  • Provide professional customer service for clients.
  • Proper handling of all equipment.
  • Follow a required procedure and schedule during the work day.
  • Exhibit a good work attitude, teamwork, respect and good communication.

Qualifications:

·         Full “G” drivers license with a clean abstract.

·         Ability to drive a truck and trailer.

·         2 years minimum experience in soft landscape maintenance and lawn care.

Full G license with a clean abstract is a MUST and ability to drive a work truck. 

Ability to drive truck and trailer is required but must be willing to train towards that.

Compensation will be based on experience.
