Landscape Foreman Role:

Daily Management of Project Installation for Oak Ridge Nursery and Landscaping.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Crews Efficiently to Meet/Exceed Profit Goals
  • Manage Materials to Stay on Time and on Budget
  • Ensure Quality 100% 1st Time
  • Help to Create a Safe Work Environment

  • Assist Landscape Designer in Managing Crews

Entry Level Forman Qualifications

  • Knowledge of landscape materials & skills associated with installation
  • Daily accurate job records for materials and labor
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficiently operate machinery
  • Enforce safety practices
  • Driver’s license & good driving record (Class A CDL Preferred but not required)
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift 80 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions
  • Must be dependable and great with encouraging teamwork

**Mandatory 2 Years of Landscape Experience Required with Driver's License
