Position Summary:
We’re currently looking for a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values a supportive team environment, and is looking for long-term career development in the landscape industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mow, edge, and trim lawns using commercial-grade equipment

  • Prune shrubs and small trees to maintain health and appearance

  • Apply fertilizers and perform weed control as directed

  • Assist with planting and seasonal installations

  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance on all job sites

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients

  • Perform general landscaping tasks and support your crew as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team

  • Willingness to learn and take direction

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus and may qualify for a higher starting pay rate
