• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs through structured interviews and standardized tools to inform personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize secure virtual platforms to provide evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to the individual needs of each client, incorporating approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, maintaining open lines of communication to offer continuous support and adjustments to treatment as necessary.
• Document therapy sessions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that client progress is tracked consistently and effectively.
• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews to share insights and strengthen therapeutic practices within the team.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to fit the unique backgrounds, cultures, and preferences of clients is paramount in establishing strong therapeutic alliances and promoting positive outcomes.

• A current and valid license in Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to connect meaningfully with clients remotely.
• Strong empathy and commitment to understanding clients' journeys and challenges.
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and responsibilities in a remote setting.

• Experience in a community mental health setting, particularly with telehealth services.
• Familiarity with integrating technology into therapeutic practices.
• Prior experience working with diverse populations and in culturally sensitive practices.
