Job Overview:
As a Commercial Landscape Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and maintenance of commercial outdoor spaces. Your role involves coordinating landscaping projects, overseeing maintenance activities, and ensuring that outdoor areas meet aesthetic and functional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset Management:
    • Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of commercial landscape assets.
    • Conduct assessments of outdoor spaces to identify maintenance and improvement needs.
    • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimize asset performance.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Oversee the planning and execution of landscaping projects for commercial properties.
