Peak Landscape's goal is to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. We are seeking a relationship driven Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Job Overview:
As a Commercial Landscape Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and maintenance of commercial outdoor spaces. Your role involves coordinating landscaping projects, overseeing maintenance activities, and ensuring that outdoor areas meet aesthetic and functional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset Management:
    • Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of commercial landscape assets.
    • Conduct assessments of outdoor spaces to identify maintenance and improvement needs.
    • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimize asset performance.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Oversee the planning and execution of landscaping projects for commercial properties.
    • Collaborate with landscape architects, contractors, and maintenance teams to ensure project success.
    • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure adherence to plans.
  • Maintenance Oversight:
