Service Area: Charlotte, Winston-Salem, High Point, Greensboro, and surrounding areas

Position Overview

Tru Dream Landscape is seeking hardworking and dependable Landscape Laborers / Helpers to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are physically active, and want to build a career in the landscape construction industry. Experience in landscaping, construction, framing, roofing, concrete, irrigation, or other outdoor labor trades is preferred.

We are looking for team members who are reliable, willing to learn, and take pride in their work.

Compensation
  • $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

Primary ResponsibilitiesLandscape Installation
  • Assist with sod installation
  • Assist with irrigation installation
  • Help with finish grading and site preparation
  • Install landscape materials and plants
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
Crew Support
  • Work alongside foremen and crew leaders
  • Follow daily work assignments
  • Assist with equipment operation when trained
  • Help complete projects safely and efficiently
