Job description

American Landscape is seeking a dedicated and motivated Landscape Maintenance Foreman to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance services for both commercial and residential clients. As a Foreman, you will lead a team of technicians or be a one-man crew, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. American Landscape offers a supportive work environment, opportunities for growth, and a competitive compensation package, including a signing bonus of up to $500.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct landscape maintenance crews on commercial and residential properties
  • Ensure all work is performed to company standards and client expectations
  • Perform mowing, weeding, pruning, and general property maintenance tasks
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with clients and team members
  • Keep vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
  • Monitor equipment condition and report any maintenance needs to supervisors
  • Accurately clock in and out daily and adhere to scheduled start times
  • Participate in snow operations during the winter season as needed
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in landscape maintenance, including mowing
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Pesticide Applicator’s License (preferred, but not required)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Eligible to work in the United States of America
  • Ability to pass a background check
Compensation

Ranging from $20.00 – $27.00 per hour, high rate available for candidates with extensive experience and qualifications.
