We specialize in the design of outdoor living spaces from patios to fireplaces to outdoor kitchens, pools, and beyond. We are seeking an additional landscape designer to join our growing company. Landscape Designer-Job Description


Role:

Landscape Designer

Responsibilities:


  1. Maintain excellent client relationships

  2. Landscape Lead/Client communication

  3. Scheduling and maintaining client appointments

  4. Designing, bidding, and assisting with project management for the Landscape Division

  5. Ensures projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard

  6. Obtaining customer payments for services provided

  7. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

  8. Follows directions from Division Manager

  9. Aware of goals and timelines for project progress and completion

  10. Timely completion of required paperwork and forms

  11. Completed project handoff report completed to Maintenance Division

Roles


  1. Establish positive relationship with clients/leads

  2. Work with clients to design creative outdoor living spaces

  3. Working with clients to transition through design, sale, and install

  4. Maintain open communication with landscape production crew during installation process

  5. Ensures projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard.

  6. Follows directions from Divisional Manager.

    1. Open to feedback from division manager and teammates

    2. Uses feedback for continued professional growth and development

    2. Completes projects in accordance with project calendar.

  • Degree in Landscape Design or Landscape Architecture

  • Proficient in Dynascape/Autocadd

  • 3 years landscape industry experience

  • Valid driver's license

  • 3-5 years Landscape Design experience

Salary: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
