Job Description

The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Landscape Department by performing a variety of office, record-keeping, and administrative functions. This position works closely with both internal and external personnel, contractors, and campus constituents, serving as the primary administrative contact for the department.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Procurement and accounts payable invoice processing
  • Maintaining various departmental records
  • Tracking equipment maintenance records
  • Managing key records and related documentation
  • Reporting maintenance issues

This position requires the ability to manage a wide array of responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and customer service. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and computer skills to effectively support departmental employees, contractors, and campus constituents.

Qualifications

Education Qualifications: High school diploma or GED

Experience: 3 to 4 years experience

  • Strong organizational skills.
