Facilities & Vehicle Care Associate

Join the Parsons Team!
Parsons of Eagle River is seeking a dependable Facilities & Vehicle Care Associate to help keep our dealership, vehicles, and lot looking their best. This hands-on position supports the dealership team and is vital to ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers.


Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Cleaning & Care

  • Wash, wax, and vacuum showroom and lot vehicles.
  • Detail interiors and exteriors of vehicles.
  • Perform on-the-spot detailing and assist with vehicle tagging.
  • Wash shuttle and parts trucks daily; fuel as required.
  • Check in vehicles arriving from transport.
  • Drive and rotate lot vehicles monthly.

Lot & Grounds Maintenance

  • Keep the lot clean and free of debris.
  • Rearrange vehicles for display and accessibility.
  • Assist with seasonal upkeep:
    • Shovel, salt, and brush cars in winter
    • Plow as needed
    • Mow, trim, and care for landscaping in summer
  • Spray for pests and replace outdoor light bulbs.

Facilities Upkeep

  • Maintain cleanliness of building exteriors and grounds.
  • Empty cigarette containers and perform general upkeep tasks.
  • Assist with regular building maintenance and seasonal projects.

Customer Support

  • Shuttle customers as needed.

Assist with additional dealership tasks as assigned by manager.


Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • Clean driving record
  • Saturday availability (8am-1pm)
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
