Landscape Architect - Paragon Associates


Paragon Associates is seeking a Landscape Architect with strong site planning and land development experience to support a diverse portfolio of projects. This role will play a key part in design, planning, and project coordination, working closely with civil engineers and project teams on commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support site planning and landscape design for land development projects
  • Prepare and contribute to comprehensive plan sets, including site layout, grading, and design details
  • Collaborate with civil engineering teams on drainage and stormwater management integration
  • Assist in navigating the permitting and entitlement process with local agencies
  • Serve as a project lead or key contributor, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Contribute to site feasibility studies and conceptual design
  • Support projects across a range of asset types, including:
  • Commercial and industrial developments
  • Hospitality (hotel projects)
  • Residential and multi-family (including large-scale apartment developments)
  • Infrastructure-related projects (e.g., sewer/water coordination, marina and flood study support)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
  • Professional licensure (or progress toward licensure) preferred
  • Strong experience in site planning and land development
