Job Description:
Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an Account Manager who will serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of commercial clients. This role focuses on relationship management, service delivery oversight, and revenue growth through enhancement projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives on client interaction, field collaboration, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and walkthroughs to verify service quality and identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Develop proposals and cost estimates for landscape upgrades, add-on projects, and seasonal services.
  • Partner closely with operations leadership to align schedules, crew performance, and project outcomes.
  • Support hiring, training, and coaching of field teams to ensure safety and performance standards are met.
  • Promote compliance with company and industry safety practices.
  • Manage account renewals and drive profitability within assigned portfolios.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation, job costing, and client records.
  • Assist branch leadership with financial and operational goals as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience in business, horticulture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in account management, customer relations, or operations leadership within landscaping, facilities management, or a service-based industry.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
