Job Description:

The landscape maintenance Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing a client portfolio of commercial, multifamily properties, managing crews, monitor safety, and sell additional services such as tree trimming, seasonal color installations, landscape, and hardscape services. The ideal Account Manager will be well versed in irrigation, horticulture and landscape/hardscape installation services. A passion for continuing education in the landscape industry, and a desire to be part of a dynamic team devoted to our clients and exceeding expectations is also a must.

Must have a minimum of two years of account management experience on the green industry amp; at least two years of landscape experience (mowing, edging, weeding, etc.)


Responsibilities amp; Duties:

  • Planning and scheduling field operations for your portfolio
  • Enhancement sales
  • Proactively communicates with clients, managers and crews
  • Ensure safety practices are being followed
  • Define marking budgets and activities on a yearly/quarterly/monthly basis
  • Maintain a weekly expense report detailing all expense activity related to the department
  • Keep tract of properties#39; profit and loss statements and manage profit and efficiency
  • Manage overtime, routes, chemical usage, crew size, equipment and other factors that affect profitability
  • Make on-site property visits regularly to meet with property managers to maintain a strong relationship with client and inspect maintenance work
  • Maintain relationship with crews by visiting them during shifts and assisting with teaching proper work techniques
  • Prepare and submit property visit reports

Qualifications amp; Skills:

  • MUST have 2 years of account management and landscape experience
  • MUST have strong communication skills
  • MUST have word, excel, amp; Quickbooks experience
  • MUST have knowledge of different types of plants, turf, amp; trees
  • MUST have exceptional customer service skills
  • Bilingual would be a PLUS!!!
