JOB SUMMARY

Botanica is seeking an experiencedLandscape MaintenanceClient Representativeto oversee and manage the maintenance of luxury residential estates and commercial properties. This roleis responsible forsupervising multiple crews, ensuring exceptional service delivery,maintainingstrong client relationships, and coordinating all aspects of landscape maintenance from proposal through execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver superior customer service with clear, professional, and proactive communication

  • Supervise, train, and manage3-5 landscape maintenance crews

  • Possess strong knowledge ofFlorida plant materialand best horticultural practices

  • Apply or develop knowledge of fertilizers, fungicides, chemicals, and integrated property care

  • Manage and troubleshootirrigation systems

  • Possess or develop experience withlow-voltage landscape lighting

  • Diagnoseandresolvelandscape, irrigation, and site-related issues efficiently

  • Read and interpret detailed landscape and irrigation plans

  • Measure properties and prepareaccuratemaintenance proposals

  • Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure work meets Botanica's quality standards

  • Coordinate projects seamlessly from proposal to work order to execution

  • Maintain consistent, positive, and professional client communication

  • Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills in the field and with clients

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Spanish and/or Creole language skills are a plus

  • Valid, cleanFlorida Driver's Licenserequired

  • Florida State Certified Spray License is a plus

  • Aspireexperience is a plus
