Design Tree Engineering is pursuing the addition of a Survey Project Manager to join our growing and dynamic Land Survey Team in our Minneapolis, MN office. Ideal candidates are driven and looking to grow with the organization.

Responsibilities:
โ€ข Direct and coordinate survey planning, schedules, processing and project administration.
โ€ข Preparation of proposals.
โ€ข Record research, preparation of surveys, legal descriptions, plan interpretation and construction staking computations.
โ€ข Train staff in the proper use of equipment and field techniques.
โ€ข Provide client/contractor interaction in a positive, professional manner.
โ€ข Work as part of a team to deliver successful projects.
โ€ข Effective communicator.
Qualifications and Experience:
โ€ข Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of Minnesota or Wisconsin.
โ€ข Minimum of 5 years' experience.
โ€ข Working knowledge of field survey equipment including Robotic Total Stations and GPS.
โ€ข Knowledge of and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3d.
โ€ข Strong communication, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
โ€ข Valid driver's license and willingness to travel out of town.
โ€ข Knowledge of topographic, construction, boundary, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
Salary Information:
โ€ข $90,000-$130,000 based on qualifications.
