Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, communicate and collaborate with fellow engineering staff, both departmentally and across disciplines, local municipalities, contractors, and land development clients
  • Manage projects for consistency with established processes, schedules, budgets, design standards, and specifications to ensure a quality project is delivered on-time and on-budget
  • Passion to develop and manage client relationships in the Residential and Commercial markets
  • Desire to work and team with senior management to develop strategies to increase market share in the MN market
  • Aptitude to lead, mentor and advance junior staff
  • Eagerness to grow and maintain strong client and staff relationships


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant Land Development design or construction management
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Minnesota
  • Must possess a high capacity for self-motivation and be able to apply engineering knowledge to a variety of projects and work collaboratively with peers
  • Strong working technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices
  • Strong project management skills are preferred
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Proficiency with ICPR and stormwater modeling
