Generally, the project manager will allocate specific hours for coding or technical reviews and dedicate separate blocks for meetings, planning, and stakeholder communication. Clear delegation of tasks to team members and the use of project management tools also help maintain this balance, ensuring neither aspect is neglected. This hybrid role offers valuable insight into both project oversight and technical execution, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy both leadership and hands-on work.
