Senior Project Manager / Assistant Branch Manager
We are seeking a dedicated, mid-to-senior level Civil Land Development Engineer to help lead and manage a brand-new branch in the Fort Lauderdale/Dania Beach area. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role while staying grounded in high-level site design and land development consulting.
The Role:
As the Senior Project Manager and Assistant Branch Manager, you will be a cornerstone of the new office. You will be responsible for:
  • Consulting Excellence: Leading all aspects of land development consulting.
  • Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of professionals.
  • Client Relations: Developing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Project Oversight: Utilizing your deep technical expertise to ensure excellence in site design and permitting.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of land development and possess the following credentials:
  • Education: A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Licensure: An active and current Professional Engineering (P.E.) license in the State of Florida.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in most aspects of land development and site design.
  • Technical Skills: A working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D, as well as hydrologic and hydraulic software.
  • Permitting Expertise: Familiarity with the land development and construction permit process across all sectors in Florida.
  • Communication: Good written and oral communication skills.

Position Details:
  • Location: Full-time, on-site at the Fort Lauderdale/Dania Beach office location.
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required (less than 10%).
  • Requirement: Applicants should be able to pass a standard background check.
