Civil Engineering Team Leader – Land Development
Are you ready to lead projects that shape communities — not just drawings? We’re seeking a dynamic Civil Engineering Team Leader to guide a talented land development team, mentor rising engineers, and partner directly with clients to deliver high-quality site design projects from concept through construction.
In this role, you’ll oversee multiple civil projects while supporting and developing Project Managers, coordinating with contractors and agencies, and solving real-world field challenges. You’ll review scopes, contracts, risks, and fees; monitor team workloads and profitability; and help ensure projects move smoothly from due diligence to closeout. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening client relationships and maintaining consistent project quality across the team.
Our firm has been integrating civil engineering and landscape architecture since 1985 to create thoughtful, lasting developments. Our portfolio includes mixed-use communities, multifamily housing, healthcare campuses, offices, parks, and resort properties across the Southeast. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
8–15 years in civil design, land development, or related construction environments
