Job description

V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, is seeking a Project Engineer in our Columbus, OH office, where you will contribute to career-defining projects that reimagine our built and natural world.

You'll change the shape of your community by supporting growth through sustainable urban development, creating impact that lasts. And, as part of our Land Development team, you will collaborate with 450+ designers, engineers, and scientists to make meaningful, effective change across North America.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Designing land development projects (commercial, industrial, residential).
  • Working on teams to complete due diligence, design, and permitting processes for site development projects.
  • Mentor and train other staff.
  • Assisting Project Managers in client and regulatory agency communication.
  • Providing periodic construction observation and office support for projects under construction.

We're looking for:

  • Degreed Civil Engineer.
  • 5 + years of experience in Land Development.
  • Proficient AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
  • PE Licensing required.
