  • Proven ability to build and expand sponsor relationships through technical, scientific, and medical dialogue spanning study strategy, execution, and oversight of study delivery.

  • Demonstrated success driving business growth through strategic account development, consultative solutioning, proposal strategy, bid defense participation, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory considerations, quality requirements, and operational oversight across global studies and multiple therapeutic areas.

  • Executive presence with exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship management skills, combined with a strategic and innovative leadership approach that drives accountability, operational excellence, organizational capability development, knowledge sharing, and long-term client value.
