Civil Engineering role 6-10+ Years P.E.

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Industry: Civil Engineering | Commercial and Residential | Land Development

Are you an experienced Civil Engineer with "Land Development" looking to design and lead high-impact projects? A well-established civil engineering and firm in Indiana is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Engineer with future PM responsibilities to design and oversee commercial and residential land development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project planning, design, and execution from concept to completion
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technicians
Manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications:

B.S. in Civil Engineering (P.E. license required or ability to obtain within 6 months)
5-10+ years of experience in civil engineering project management
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D a must
Strong knowledge of local regulations
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
