The opportunity calls for a highly motivated, self-starter, with experience in retail, customer service and experiential. This individual must possess the passion and capability to deliver the standard of excellence within the Lounge experience, serving as the primary custodian of the brand within this highly curated, customer-facing environment. Qualifications • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in retail, with a strong emphasis on experiential environments • Experience within premium or luxury brands strongly preferred • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive marketing initiatives and elevate customer engagement • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with a high degree of attention to detail • Proven ability to take direction while also operating independently with sound judgment • Positive, professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong service orientation, with a commitment to delivering elevated, personalized guest experiences • High level of integrity and professionalism in all customer-facing interactions • Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends • Effective team collaborator with strong active listening and responsive communication skills • Ability to assess situations critically and implement thoughtful, solution-oriented responses • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Demonstrated commitment to compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards • Physically capable of standing, walking, and moving for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds as required • Must be based in New York City V2Soft is an Equal Opportunity Employer ( EOE).
