The Role
We are seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead Neighborhood Sushi. This role is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, overseeing daily operations, guest experience, team development, financial performance, and brand integrity.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of upscale dining, strong business acumen, and an unwavering commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Do
  • Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, hire, train, and develop a high-performing front- and back-of-house team.

What You'll Bring
