Job description

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from accredited university
Appropriate Texas teacher certification
Lago Vista ISD is designated as a District of Innovation (DOI).  This designation allows the District to hire individuals for in-demand teacher positions who do not hold a teacher certification but who meet the education and/or work experience required for the DOI exemption.  Individuals hired under the DOI exemption are required to attend training to support their entry into the teaching profession and are encouraged to work toward teacher certification.
 





Salary Range: Competitive - based on LVISD Salary Schedule/Compensation Plan and experience
Generous Benefits: TRS Active-Care -- The District pays $445 a month toward the employee health insurance premiums; vision and dental offered; cafeteria plan available.
