We are a dedicated and talented small team looking to add to their numbers as the business continues to grow.

This position is responsible for managing current retail accounts, fostering new business relationships, and driving sales growth. If you are a motivated, self-starter with a passion for mens / ladies outerwear / mens sportswear apparel this is the role for you.


Qualifications:

  • 5 years of sales experience, preferably in mens outerwear / mens sportswear, ladies outerwear
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently.
  • Must be willing to travel.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage retail partnerships and product assortments to maximize sales performance.
  • Track and manage all purchase orders (POs), ensuring product availability and timely replacements.
  • Analyze weekly sales data to communicate retail trends, performance, and competitive positioning.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Sales Manager, discussing goals, challenges, and progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, creating new sales opportunities and promoting brand visibility.
  • Explore new business development opportunities, introducing the brand to new accounts.
  • Strategize and execute plans to exceed sales goals.
  • Present products to buyers and collaborate on assortments to secure orders.
