Job description

Local CPA firm seeks a full-time Tax Senior to be a part of our team. He/she must be highly motivated and able to work independently. This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and enhance your tax and accounting skills.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience required. Position is with a public accounting firm. CPA or CPA candidate preferred. You must be able to prepare and review corporate, partnership, trust and individual income tax returns. Financial statement, bookkeeping and general accounting experience are required. Some supervision of bookkeeping staff is required. Sage 50, QuickBooks and Lacerte experience a plus.
No second tax season!
Performance Objectives:
You will be evaluated in the following areas:
Bill at least 1,800 hours per year.
Maintain a realization rate of at least 85%.
Uphold a high standard of work product.
Maintain professionalism and work independently.
