Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Local Licensed CPA, EA, with 3 - 5 years tax preparation experience, to join our team. This position is full-time during tax season (Jan-Apr, Aug-Oct) and flexible for the remainder of the year, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking a balanced schedule.

This position begins as an in-person position, for training. Remote work can become a possibility for the right candidate after in-personal trial period.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate filings
  • Stay up to date on federal and state tax regulations and compliance requirements

You’re Perfect for This Role If:

  • You have 3 - 5 years of experience preparing individual and business tax returns, preferably using UltraTax software.
  • Credentials of CPA or EA designation, PTIN registration
  • You’re detail-oriented, organized, kind of obsessed with accuracy and love spreadsheets.
  • You are familiar with Google & Microsoft Suite, UltraTax, Onvio, Sage, QuickBooks, Quicken, and cloud-based portals.
