We are currently looking for a Senior Level Semiconductor Device Modeling Engineer. You will play a vital role in supporting the Modeling of Radiation Effects (MoRE). This position demands a blend of problem-solving, programming, semiconductor devices physics, magnetics, and foundational circuit design concepts. Essential Responsibilities: * Develop radiation effect aware SPICE models for semiconductors. * Leverage available modeling products to conduct TCAD simulations. * Implement worst-case analysis scenarios in circuit design while incorporating programming and statistical applications as needed. * Attend national radiation conferences. * Perform design, development, or review of tasks in specific areas under close supervision. * Design a portion or section of an analysis or design review. * Assist in the preparation of reports and correspondence. * Develop, maintain and produce technical documentation and system/subsystem specifications. * Interface with customers in design reviews and technical working group meetings to comply with requirements and specifications. * Verify and comply with engineering documentation standards and test procedures. Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical field * 15 plus years of experience * Ability to learn and understand nuclear physics related to electron, gamma-ray, and neutron behavior on solid state electronic components. * Ability to communicate to broad audiences both technical and non-technical information. * Ability to be a team player and receive mentoring from senior engineers and leadership. * Working knowledge of various electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, digital multimeter, SMUs, etc.) * Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex problems. * Understanding, familiarity and/or experience with microelectronics devices, LabVIEW, Altium, Printed Circuit Board (PCBs) * Aptitude for solving technical problems and creating customer solutions. * Understanding of concepts, theories, and methods related to the composition, structure, and properties of microelectronics. * Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance (Interim Secret required to start) Please note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a US Secret Clearance.
